Days 6—9, Friday, June 18th through Monday, June 21st
On Thursday afternoon, we moved from Sterling, Illinois to Poplar Grove, Illinois to Roger’s sister’s house for the Glisan Family Weekend. From Thursday afternoon through Monday morning we held family dinners in the airplane hangar, took long group walks on the runways, looked at old pictures and cards, put jigsaw puzzles together, attended a fun wine tasting event, talked and laughed a lot, and took family photos.
