On the Way to and At Brigham City Campground

We left Bryce Canyon and drove to our campground at Brigham City, Utah. Originally, we had planned to spend this night (July 20th) in a Walmart Parking Lot. But, it seemed less than an ideal way for Rick to celebrate his birthday. Besides, on our way to Idaho three weeks ago, we had stayed at the campground in Brigham City, so we knew it would be a nice place. So, we decided to forego the Walmart parking lot.

We had pizza delivered so Rick wouldn’t have to grill on his birthday. (Roger and Rick do all of the grilling, and it didn’t seem like a good idea to have novice grillers (Judy and me) preparing the birthday meal.) Note that we also had a birthday cake—Rick was either 16 or 61!
